Shipping costs will be shown separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
For orders already placed, the price at checkout applies.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed once we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in cases such as:

Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, are displayed on the Website.

8. Customs & Duties (Non-EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes.
These are the responsibility of the Customer.

For shipments within the EU, customs duties generally do not apply.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at hello@pizsistore.com or by filling out our Return Form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

10. Returns

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

After receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@pizsistore.com within 14 days of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
